Most of our pages on our website can be accessed without giving us your personal information. However, we record your activity and preferences when visiting our website through the use of cookies (see the Cookies section below). If you sign up for our mailing list, or acquire coaching or healing circle sessions, we will collect relevant information from you required to maintain accurate records so that we may provide you with the appropriate service.

Using your information

If you agree to receive updates via our mailing list, we’ll use your name and email address to send this information to you. By sending this information to you, we are pursuing our legitimate interest to provide you with the latest insights from Katy Murray Coaching. You have the right to object or restrict to this processing at any time, just let us know (see the Contact section below), or ask to be removed from our mailing database by clicking the unsubscribe button at the bottom of any email.

If you provide details for purchasing a coaching session or healing circle, we will use this information for billing and contact purposes.

Who else receives your personal data?

We will only share your personal information with third parties if required by law or if they are integral to the operating of our business.

Third parties operating on our behalf also include our third-party form provider (Wufoo/Survey Monkey), website statistics tracker (Google Analytics), and our mailing list platform MailerLite. Data collected via our web forms is encrypted in transit using highly secure TLS cryptographic protocols, and any third-party companies listed above that operate outside of the EU are registered with the US Privacy Shield and have updated their privacy policies to ensure your personal data is adequately protected in line with GDPR.

How long will we keep your personal data for?

We will only retain your personal data for as long as necessary to fulfil the purposes we collected it for, including for the purposes of satisfying any legal, accounting, or reporting requirements.
