Women have met in circle since Palaeolithic times and it’s an environment that has enormous healing capabilities. With the rise of patriarchal society, these sacred spaces started to disappear as communication became more power based and passive. Thankfully in recent years circles have started to regain popularity and the impact on women has been profound.
This is a space where it’s completely safe to let go of expectations, persona, and just dig into what’s really true to you. It’s a space for letting go of our burdens and birthing magic new beginnings.
A 6-week container featuring a unique blend of teachings that support mind, body and soul, with mindful and somatic practices, the support and healing of a women's circle, and further activities and takeaways for expansion.
THE DETAILS
Join the Sisterhood and start your journey towards personal growth and healing, reconnect to your body, ignite your power and upgrade your relationship with community.
Each week will include:
~ group meditation, grounding exercise or somatic practice
~ short teachings on a range of topics to support & ignite mind, body and soul
~ a sharing circle to support, witness and be held in community
~ exercises and practices to integrate learning
~ inquiry and prompts to catalyse growth
~ access to Telegram virtual community
Starts Thursday 3rd November 2022 @ 7.30pm GMT for 6 weeks.
Each class will last for 60-90 minutes
Recordings of teaching elements and practices will be available if you can't attend (the sharing circle needs to be in person to respect privacy)
